Please send your complaint to info@hwg.nl with 'Complaint' in the subject line and we will give our view on this within 24 hours on working days.

Mediation and adjudication comittee

If you feel we have not solved your complaint sufficiently and in accordance with applicable law, you can ask your local E-Commerce Europe organization to mediate in the dispute.

If mediation fails you can take your complaint to the European online disputes platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
