When you have seen a nice watch or watch band, but it is not in stock, you can put the product on the wish list. You will be forwarded to a page, where you can leave your name and email address. When the product is in stock again, you will receive an e-mail. Through the link in that email, you can go to the product and then decide whether you would like to purchase it.

When a product is in stock, but not at the most convenient location for you, you can order the product. Keep in mind when you place an on-line order for a product that is not located in our central warehouse in Rotterdam, the delivery may take a few days longer. No appetite for waiting? You can also pick up the products in our shops in Rotterdam, Breda and Antwerp, then select this in the ordering process to 'pick up'. You can also specify whether you want to pay in the store (this can be in cash or with pin) or through one of our other payment methods.

Wat happens when you add a product to the wishlist?


When you have put an item on the wish list, we and you have no option to look into this. The Wish List is one huge databse with no further options. Putting an item on the wish list costs nothing and creates no obligation whatsoever. The only thing this system does, is send you an email as soon as we have the product in stock again. At the time the email is sent to you, your name and email address removed from the wish list. Thus we ensure that you only receive the emails you want to receive from us.

HWG does NOT sell emails adresses to third parties.
