How to return products within the Masters in time 30-Day returns period

Masters in Time is committed to make your shopping experience a success. If - for whatever reason - you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days from delivery for exchange or a full refund.

  • We advise you to return products via registered mail.
  • Please include our Returns form in your shipment* and indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange the product.
    We remind you that using our returns form and/or the 30 day return service, does not limit your legal right to cancel.


We will send a replacement product as soon as possible upon receiving your returns package. If the product is sold out we will issue a full refund.


  • You have a cooling-off period of 30 days from the day you received the product.
  • Return the product within 14 days of your cancellation.
  • If reasonably possible, include intact appropriate labels.
  • Include the guarantee certificate/booklet and/or manual.
  • When a product has been returned for a refund, we will credit you the full amount (the initial shipping costs) as soon as possible and no later than 14 days (7 days in Portugal). We will process refunds as soon as possible after you have indicated that you wish to return the product to us.
  • If we do not receive the return within 14 days after your report, the refund will be made at the moment that we have actually received the product back or at the time that you can prove to have actually sent the product to us.
  • Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the settlement of the order. So: if you have paid with credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card account.
  • In case Holland Watch Group B.V. has made a mistake with your order, we will also reimburse any return costs.
  • If the product that has been returned to us is damaged, additional costs may be charged.

Free extra products

If your order came with a free of charge extra product, please do not forget to also return this product. If you do not return this product, the retail value will be deducted from your refund/exchange value.


Your legal right to withdraw/return your order

By EU law, when you buy online, you are given a cooling-off period of 14 days. This means you have the right to cancel an order for any reason within this period. If you buy a product online, the cooling off period ends 14 days after you receive it. And you must return the item within 14 days from the day you cancelled the order.

You are required to take good care of the goods and you may be liable for the reduced value of goods caused by handling them beyond what’s necessary to be sure they work and are what you ordered.

You should receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation, but a business is allowed wait to refund you until you have returned the item or have proof of return postage.

To inform us of your wish to execute your legal right, you can send us an e-mail or a letter. You can also use the standard European cancellation form.


Preclusions from right of withdrawal/returns

Precusion of the right of withdrawal, a consumer purchase involving the delivery of:
- products that have been created by the trader in accordance with the consumer’s specifications, or that are clearly of a personal nature and that cannot be returned due to their nature;
- that rapidly decay or become obsolete;
- products that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal is broken after delivery;
- products which, after delivery, are irrevocably mixed with other items by their nature;
- audio- and video-recordings and computer software, whereby the consumer has broken the seal.
- newspapers, magazines or magazines, with the exception of an agreement for the regular delivery of such publications (a subscription);
- products or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market on which the entrepreneur has no influence and which can occur within the withdrawal period;
- agreements concluded during a public auction. A public auction is understood to mean a sales method whereby products, digital content and / or services are offered by the trader to the consumer who is personally present or is given the opportunity to be personally present at the auction, under the direction of an auctioneer, and in which the successful bidder is obliged to purchase the products, digital content and / or services;
